JOHN FIELDERS- Will and Testament. March 19th 1807 In the name of God Amen I John Fielders of the State of Tennessee & County of Davidson being of Sound and perfect mind & memory (blessed be God) knowing that it is appointed for all men once to Die do this twenty sixth Day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and five make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manor following that is to say, First I give my Soul to God who gave it and my body to a decent Chistian buriel, I Tom, my Will and Desire is that all my Just Debts be paid out of my estate that it hath pleased God to bestow on me Item, I Lend unto my Dear and loving wife Elizabeth Fielder all my negroes horses Cattle hogs plantation Tools & household furniture during her lifetime, Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Masy Morris Sixty Seven Dollars after the Death of my wife Elizabeth Fielder to be paid by my Executors when Demanded, Item I give and bequeath to my son Nimrod Fielder and his heirs one third part of my Estate after the Death of my wife Elizabeth Fielder, Item I give and bequeath to my son John Lewis Fielder & his heirs one third part of my Estate after the Death of my wife Elizabeth Fielder, Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Betsy Lewis Cummins and her heirs one third part of my Estate after the Death of my Wife Elizabeth Fielder.  And I hereby make and Ordain Nimrod Fielder John L Fielder & David Cummins Excutors of this my Last will and Testament in witness whereof I the said John Fielder have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Affixed my seal, this day and year Above Written,
